BARCS “Wish List”
Caring for our animals requires a lot of time, love, money, and supplies. Below is BARCS “Wish List.” Donating the following items help us with the day-to-day care of our animals and support our operational needs.
Items can be dropped off during the BARCS Hours of Operation. You can find directions to the shelter on our Directions page. In addition, items can be dropped off at the Frederick Road Vet Hospital. Remember, even used items can help our animals. All donations are tax deductible.

WISH LIST
For the Dogs…
- Towels (bath size, cotton)
- Sheets
- Dog and puppy food (Only Science Diet wet/dry and unopened please)
- Stainless steel no flip bowls (all sizes)
- Puppy replacement milk and nursing bottles
- Hay for outside dog runs
- No-slip collars (ex: Martingale and Premier Collars) Mostly medium and Large sizes needed
- Nylon Leashes 6 feet long and 1” thick
- Toys that are Durable/washable (Kongs, hard bones, nylabones, etc)
- Treats (no raw hides please)
- Kuranda beds
Cats are Scratching for…
- Towels – bath size, cotton
- Toys (without cat nip, please)

- Cat and kitten food (Only Science Diet wet/dry and unopened please)
- Stainless steel food/water bowls (prefer small, non-flip)
