BARCStoberfest is coming! The 4th annual BARCStoberfest fundraiser will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2008 in Patterson Park (rain date is 10/19/08). This festival is a fun-filled, day-long event for the whole family – and the family pet!

BARCStoberfest will feature great activities, pet contests, entertainment, demonstrations and new this year – the "Strut Your Mutt" Walk. It's a true community event that brings awareness to the causes of animal homelessness, educates the public about animal welfare, and raises money to support BARCS.

BARCS invites area businesses and individuals to take part in BARCStoberfest. Help the homeless animals and raise your company's profile in this unique and popular community event. Move Your Paws for a Cause!

"Strut Your Mutt" is our newest event activity for BARCStoberfest. Raising funds for rescued shelter animals has never been easier or more fun. Bring your furry friend out for a walk in beautiful Patterson Park and let his or her pampered paws high-step it to benefit the futures of pets less fortunate. Join in on the fun and get sponsored! Details are coming soon.

• Sponsorship Form

  Several sponsorship "tiers" are available – from $500 to $5,000. As a BARCStoberfest sponsor, your company's name and logo will be highlighted in all festival marketing materials, including t-shirts, advertisements, banners, and flyers. A BARCStoberfest sponsorship can increase your brand exposure and promote your community involvement – all while supporting BARCS and helping animals in need.

• Food Vendor Agreement

  This year we have a separate agreement for food vendors. Please choose the correct form!

• General (Non-Food) Vendor Agreement

  To sell or advertise your business or product, reserve a booth or space for BARCStoberfest today. Your company's name will be listed in the event program, which is handed out to the thousands of people at the festival entrance.

• Silent Auction Donation Form

  We are asking for your support by considering a donation, such as a gift basket, gift certificate, or service for our 4th annual Silent Auction. The silent auction is a very popular part of BARCStoberfest and last year brought in the biggest percentage of donations! Items donated to BARCS are tax-deductible.
